Jane Flaherty is a noted consultant, speaker and author.  For the past seventeen years while working with the Peter Barron Stark Companies, she has had the privilege of working with more than 200 leading organizations, including the San Diego Padres, Qualcomm, Toshiba, California Bank & Trust, Sony, Sempra Energy, and Farmers Insurance.

Her speaking expertise includes an extensive array of topics, including leadership, customer service and negotiation programs.  Whether she is doing training on negotiation, or a keynote on leadership, with expertise, warmth and humor, she knows how to connect with her audience.

She has co-authored six books, one on negotiation and five on leadership, including her newest book, The Only Leadership Book You’ll Ever Need.  Her work has been featured by the New York Times, CNN, Bloomberg Television, and USA Today.

Prior to joining Peter Barron Stark Companies, her career took her around the world for fifteen years as an educator and administrator for the Department of Defense, working in diverse locations such as the Philippines and Germany.

Jane has an undergraduate degree from Chico State University and a graduate degree from Eastern Washington University.
