Evan is the Business Development Manager and Executive Recruiter for Eastridge InfoTech, working from the headquarters office in San Diego. Eastridge has 20 divisions, and has been ranked as San Diego’s #1 search and placement firm for the fourth year in a row by the San Diego Business Journal. 

Evan has worked in the placement field for a decade, primarily focusing on San Diego companies, placing technical candidates who range from Sr individual contributors through executives at all levels, including C-level executives. He has contributed to many employment seminars, roundtable discussions, and articles (including the UT, PMI, itSMF, IIBA, HDI, and others), and has helped professionals focus on what is truly important to maximize their career success. 

 Evan honed his communication and training skills as an award-winning teacher at San Diego’s prestigious Francis Parker School Upper School for many years (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, and Journalism.)  Evan realized that teaching difficult subjects was chiefly a matter of sincere persuasion and clear communication – the same qualities necessary to become the preferred selection for career advancement, hiring, or job search.
