BIO Summary: Previously, Tom served as Principal at CUSTOMatrix, a management consultancy focused on bringing money to clients’ bottom lines. He worked with clients in the entertainment, manufacturing, action sports, apparel, high technology, transportation, and public sector industries. Prior to joining CUSTOMatrix, Tom served as Vice President, Consulting for Gartner, the world leader in research and advisory services for the technology industry, where he established and led the Federal Services Practice in western United States. Tom has presented at various national conferences and workshops.  He currently serves as member of the Board of Directors for Insynergy Consulting Group and the MIT Enterprise Forum. Tom also serves as a CONNECT Entrepreneur-in-Residence, providing mentorship for start-up technology companies.
