Kathleen Robinson - LHH San Diego
The discussion will cover the following areas: Why networking at these meetings? How to decide which ones to attend? How to find these meetings? And introduce them to a wide range of them, with some key points re: several of them. How to approach networking at these events, particularly for the introverts, to get the most out of time, money, energy spent on them.

Kathleen is a Vice President and the Director of Professional Services in the San Diego office of Lee Hecht Harrison.  She brings extensive career management and organizational development experience to her work with executives.  Kathleen has consulted with individuals and organizations in a wide range of industries including high technology, manufacturing, and business service firms. 

Kathleen's special focus is executive coaching and development.  Her strength is in the integration of her counseling background and skill in the assessment process with her business knowledge and experience.  She blends an in-depth understanding of interpersonal issues with a practical application to business needs and goals. 

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, she spent over twenty years in leadership development, organizational consulting and management roles in entrepreneurial companies and non-profit organizations.  She has had responsibilities in training, customer service, account management, and sales. 

Kathleen has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master's of Social Work degree, and is a licensed counselor.  She has completed numerous certification and training programs in individual and organizational assessment instruments.  She is a member of Professional Coach & Mentors Association, Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Training & Development.  Kathleen is a guest speaker on career and organizational issues at various professional organizations.
